Privacy policy

Short version: we collect what an order needs, we keep it on our own server, and we do not sell it to anyone.

What we collect

• Order details — your name, email, phone and shipping address. We cannot deliver a parcel without them.
• Payment proof — if you pay by UPI, the screenshot and reference you upload. These are stored outside the public web root and are readable only by our staff, from an authenticated page.
• Account details — if you create an account, the above plus a hashed password. We never store the password itself.
• Technical — a session cookie so your bag survives a page load, and a cart cookie so it survives a browser restart. No advertising or analytics trackers.

What we do with it

Fulfil your order, answer your questions about it, and keep the accounting records the law requires. If you subscribe to the newsletter we keep your address so we can write to you about new pieces; ask us at any point and we take it off the list, which has no effect on your orders.

Who else sees it

The courier gets your name, address and phone, because that is a parcel label. Our hosting provider necessarily stores the database the site runs on. Nobody else — we do not sell, rent or share customer data, and there are no third-party scripts on this site collecting it behind our back.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as tax law requires. Payment screenshots for 12 months after the order is completed, then deleted. Account data until you ask us to remove it.

Your rights

Write to hello@reolera.com and we will send you a copy of everything we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete your account. Order records tied to a completed sale are the one thing we may have to keep, and we will tell you if that applies.

Cookies

Two, both strictly necessary: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and a cart token that remembers your bag. Neither is used to track you across other websites.
