1. These terms
By ordering from REOL you agree to what follows. They are written to be read, not to be survived.
2. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. The sale is complete when we confirm your payment. Until then we may decline an order — for example if a piece turns out to be unavailable, or if a listing carried an obvious pricing error. If we decline, you get every rupee back.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes.
- Shipping is shown before you pay and never added afterwards.
- UPI payments are verified by hand. Your order is confirmed once we have checked the payment, usually within a few hours.
- If a payment cannot be verified we will tell you why and you can submit it again. Your order and its stock are held while that happens.
4. Made to order
Most pieces are cut after you order. Hand work means small variations between pieces — thread density, the exact placement of a motif — and these are characteristics of the technique, not defects.
5. Colour
Screens differ. We photograph in daylight without colour grading, but a deep wine on your monitor may not be the deep wine in your hand. If the colour is genuinely not what was shown, that is covered by the return policy.
6. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates. We are responsible for the parcel until it reaches the address you gave us; we are not responsible for a wrong address you typed, though we will always try to help recover the parcel.
7. Returns

8. Your account
Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access to it.
9. Our content
The photographs, descriptions and designs on this site are ours. Please do not reuse them commercially without asking.
10. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have jurisdiction.
