Shipping & returns
What it costs, how long it takes, and what happens if it is not right.
Dispatch
Pieces are made to order and dispatched in 3-5 business days from the day your payment is confirmed. Heavily worked bridal pieces can take longer; if yours will, we tell you before we start rather than after.
Delivery & charges
- Flat ₹149 anywhere in India.
- Complimentary on orders over ₹4,999.
- Every parcel is insured and tracked. The tracking number appears on your order page the day it ships — look it up on track your order.
- Metro deliveries usually land in 2–4 days, the rest of India in 4–7.
We do not currently ship outside India. If you want a piece sent abroad, write to us — we can often arrange it as a separate quote.
Returns
You have 7 days from delivery to start a return. The piece must be unworn, with tags attached, in its original packing, and with no alteration done to it.
- Email hello@reolera.com with your order number and a photo.
- We arrange a pickup from your address at our cost.
- Once it reaches us and passes inspection, the refund goes back to the account you paid from within 5–7 working days.
What we cannot take back
- Cloth that has been cut, stitched or otherwise worked on.
- Anything altered by your tailor.
- Custom or made-to-measure commissions.
- Pieces returned without tags, or with wear, perfume or makeup on them.
If something arrives wrong or damaged
Photograph it before removing anything and write to us within 48 hours. A wrong or damaged piece is entirely our problem — we replace it or refund it in full, including shipping, and none of the conditions above apply.
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled as a return and a fresh order, so the new piece can go into production immediately rather than waiting for the first piece to come back.
